PRODUCTS – REFUNDS AND SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

16. By purchasing the subscription, you agree to be charged monthly via the method of payment used for your purchase according to the schedule specified in these terms and conditions.

17. Subscriptions products are billed based on the agreed amount from the sales page from where you commenced your subscription. If you choose the subscription, you will be billed the amount from the start of your enrollment date and every 30 days as long as you continue your subscription. As a courtesy, we reserve the right to extend your starting enrollment date up to 30 days at our sole discretion.

18. You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to ali@alisternova.com. You are not eligible for a refund of any subscription charges made prior to a proper notice of cancellation. To ensure timely notice of cancelation, this should be submitted at least one business day prior to the next scheduled billing date.

19. All non-subscription products are priced on the sales page and will have a 60-day refund policy, which is stated on the sales page and which you should read carefully before purchasing the product.

20. In the event that you do not pay us for any reason including, without limitation, the action of you charging back a credit card or debit card transaction for any reason, you agree that we may cancel your access to the Product and we may refuse you the right to purchase any further Products or services available on our Website.

21. Duration of access: Your purchase of our digital products entitles you to a 30-day license to access the content. At the sole discretion of the Company, we will extend complimentary access for an additional 30-days for each user in good standing.
